Bob Dylan (born Robert Allen Zimmerman, May 24, 1941 in Duluth, Minnesota) is an American singer-songwriter who revolutionized folk, rock, blues, country and gospel. Known for “Blowin’ in the Wind,” “Like a Rolling Stone,” “The Times They Are a-Changin’,” and “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door.” His latest studio album of new recordings is Shadow Kingdom (2023). Awards include the Nobel Prize in Literature (2016), a Pulitzer special citation, multiple Grammys, an Oscar and a Presidential Medal of Freedom.
